Dear guests,
For several years now, our desire is to convey the quality of Greek cuisine in Copenhagen, by creating a fusion of traditional flavours under modern cooking techniques for an avant garde and enjoyable journey of tastes different from what is usually described as “traditional Greek cuisine”. 

Our dishes are cooked with the greatest Greek products that are currently imported in Denmark which you can also obtain from us and our partners.After the unfortunate circumstances of the pandemic, the course of our “4 Greeks” team changes to “IKOS” by providing private dinner services, thus ensuring the safety of all of us. Through our new concept IKOS (ancient Greek: οἶκος) that in Greek language signifies 3 related but distinct of family, household and the house we offer you a unique taste experience into finest Greek tastes combined with the casualness of your privacy.

Stavros Savvakis was born and raised in Crete, living in Denmark since 2012. He graduated from “Hotel og restaurantskolen” in Copenhagen. Even before his graduation he got to know the high requirements of a modern cuisine as he had the chance to work in “Le pave” where he has the opportunity to delve into the sanctuaries of French cuisine. He continued as an internship student – chef de parti- in Italian restaurant “Scarpetta” and “Restaurant Cofoco”. This was carried on in restaurant “Sletten” recommended from Michelin Guide and restaurant “Marchal” in Hotel d’anglettere, which is awarded with a Michelin star. His professional career started in “Scandic Sydhavn” as a sous chef with main responsibility the a la carte restaurant of the hotel.

  • Free cancellation 10 days out of the event.
